JSON Lines record rules: one value on each line

Treat each non-blank line as a complete independent JSON text.

JSON Lines uses a physical line as the record boundary. Pretty-printed multi-line JSON is therefore not one valid JSONL record.

Each line must parse completely

Leading and trailing JSON whitespace may parse, but no second value or comment may follow the first.

One trailing line terminator closes the last record; an interior blank line remains an invalid record.
